We always look forwards to Christmas at the hub. But this year we have been thrown a little as our hub is unable to be used. Not until we get the utilities fully working. But we have still managed to spread a little bit of Christmas magic.
We were so lucky to be invited to take part of the Lidls Toy Bank collection. And the amazing people in Alnwick did not disappoint. People were donating amazing toys to the bank.
We were also very lucky to receive a donation from B and M at the beginning of december when they opened their new store in Alnwick. So we decided to spent that money on toys so we can add to the toy bank. Once the shopping had been completed and the toy box finally emptied. We could finally deliver the toys to organisations in our community who were able to pass the toys on to families who need them. What a lovely afternoon we had. 😀 but thank you to the amazing people who donated.
