Benefits of The Chill Group
Socializing in a peer-to-peer activity group can be incredibly beneficial for neurodiverse young adults. It provides a safe and supportive environment where they can connect with others who share similar experiences and challenges. This can help to reduce feelings of isolation and improve social skills, self-esteem, and overall-being. Additionally, participating in group activities can provide opportunities for learning and personal growth, as well as a sense of belonging and community.
